Customer reviews U108 at War Images of War ~ This book has a story and pictures of the U108 a German type IX submarine They were taken by a sailor who served on the boat for several patrols This is interesting because German sailors were not allowed to keep logs about their patrols and this sailor was taking pictures The only other book I know that has this many pictures was Teddy Suhrens and it was a type VII Uboat This is a great book if you want to see what life was like in a type IX Uboat during the second world war
